The brief

Fieldnote helps product teams turn hours of customer interviews into clear insights. They were weeks from launch with a promising beta, no website, and a demo that took 40 minutes to explain.

What I did

  1. 01

Designed and built a fast marketing site with a clear story, live product previews and a pricing page that answers questions before sales calls do.

  2. 02

Built an AI onboarding agent that greets new teams, imports their first interviews and walks them to their first insight report.

  3. 03

Produced a 60-second product film plus eight social cutdowns from one motion system, so the launch looked the same everywhere.

The result

Fieldnote launched with one story told consistently across the site, the product and video. The film now opens every sales demo, and the onboarding agent handles most first-week questions on its own.

60s

We hired one person and got a website, an onboarding agent and a launch film that all feel like the same brand. It saved us months of coordinating agencies.
